We have had blessed days of evangelism in Chihuahua and Morgenland together with Horizonte. The Lord has bestowed abundant fruit. Many people have made a decision for Jesus Christ and had their names written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Others came for pastoral care to purify their lives and rededicate themselves to the Lord.
There was much prayer in the run-up to the event, and the Lord has answered it. We must admit, however, that despite our high expectations, more has happened than we anticipated. Some have come to faith whom we had not previously thought would respond to the Lord’s call so soon. As early as two weeks before the evangelism campaign, we witnessed conversions within the Horizonte congregation. Glory to God!
We now have a great deal of work ahead of us in the churches: follow-up work with the new believers, home visits, pastoral cases that still need resolving, and so on.
Our prayer request:
the new believers and the follow-up work with them
