On 29 August, a training session was held in the Valle Esperanza settlement for Sunday school, youth and children’s group leaders. The aim was to motivate and equip them for their work in the Lord’s vineyard.
The first talk focused on the qualities required of a worker, followed by the second topic: ‘Nehemiah as a model of a qualified worker’.
After a shared lunch, the programme continued with a talk on ‘Motivating and Preparing Young Workers’, and the training session concluded with a session on ‘The Nature of a Worker’.
Not only the talks, but also the fellowship and time of prayer served as encouragement and edification for ministry within the congregation.
