As part of the AGUM (Working Group for Spiritual Support in Mennonite Congregations in Bolivia), this year’s Youth Day took place in the Horizonte congregation. Around 300 young people came to hear the Word of God and enjoy fellowship with one another. The theme of the day was ‘Generational Conflict – Problems and Solutions’. The focus was on the passage from Micah 3:24. The relationship between young and old in the congregation is an important issue that poses challenges for both generations.
Young people are the future of the congregations. Let us therefore pray for them, that they may become true followers of Jesus.
