“They just pray and use the Holy Scriptures all the time.” That’s what people tell us here in Horizonte.
We are no longer allowed to shop in the shops of our neighbouring colony. Anyone who moves to Horizonte is told that they are on a direct path to hell and that we are false prophets. But if you ask them what the path to heaven is, they do not know. What a paradox: to know the way to hell so precisely, yet not to know how to get to heaven.
The evangelistic campaign with Beat Abry was a true blessing for us here in Horizonte. Quite a few people have been converted and some have rededicated their lives to the Lord. The follow-up work and preparations for welcoming new members into the congregation are in full swing.
