The Arche Bible Centre offers wonderful opportunities for Bible studies that bring the biblical world to life. One of the most important topics is, for example, “The life of Jesus on earth”.
Sitting together in the recreated traditional “House of Nazareth” and reading the passages about Jesus’ birth, his first two visits to the temple in Jerusalem and his growing up as a human being in the home of Joseph and Mary gives a vivid sense of what life may have been like for the people of humble Nazareth.
Alternatively, we can study the biblical passages about Jesus’ final week in Jerusalem while sitting around the model of the temple and imagining the surroundings in which the Lord Jesus lived as a human being, even if only on a small scale. Of course, it cannot yet compare with a trip to Israel, but the visual illustrations leave valuable impressions.
Alongside the blessed Bible studies, there is, of course, good food from our kitchen and a variety of sporting activities.
