Site preparation at Arche
Work has continued this week on the Arche site. ‘Continued’ because heavy rainfall had brought us to a standstill for at least a week. Six hundred metres of drinking water pipes were laid. A group of volunteers from Sommerfeld and Swift took charge of installing the pipes. The excavator-wheel loader, which was donated from Germany and overhauled here, is a great blessing. It seems set to become an indispensable tool on this building site. It was used to dig the trenches. At the same time, the multi-purpose hall is being erected. Please pray for the safety of the fitters as they carry out their work at a height of 8 metres.
